Welcome to X Profile Menu, a Chrome browser extension that enhances your X.com (formerly Twitter) browsing experience. By installing or using my extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use my extension.

Use of the Extension

X Profile Menu provides users with enhanced navigation tools for X.com, including hover menus for quick access to user profiles and content. You agree to use the extension in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

No Account Required

X Profile Menu does not require account creation or registration. The extension operates entirely within your browser without collecting personal information or requiring login credentials.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content and technology provided through X Profile Menu, including but not limited to the extension code, user interface, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The extension is open source and available under the MIT license.

• You acknowledge that the extension code is open source and available for review on GitHub
• You may not redistribute or sell the extension outside of official channels
• The X Profile Menu name and branding remain my intellectual property
• You retain full ownership of your browsing data and activities

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using X Profile Menu:

• Reverse engineering the extension for malicious purposes
• Attempting to bypass or disable extension security features
• Using the extension to violate X.com's terms of service
• Modifying the extension code to harm other users or systems
• Using the extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfering with the normal operation of X.com or other users' experiences

Privacy and Data Collection

X Profile Menu is designed with privacy in mind:

• No external server communication except for X.com
• All functionality operates locally in your browser

Free Service

Termination

Disclaimer of Warranties
